Mostly used A remarkable mint and used study of with the difficult Newspaper stamps, well organised and written up in one album, commencing with the 1891 "IMPRIME" overprints, some in black, blue or red with 10pa (8), 20pa (7), 1pi (5), 2pi (3) and 5pi (red ovpt), mostly used (SG cat value (2008) £4000+), then the 1892 Arms and Tughra defins mint (1pi x 5) and duplicated used to 5pi (6) with an excellent range of useful cancellations noted, same design 1892 "IMPRIME" with 10pa (10), 20pa rose (2) and claret (10), 1pi (11), 2pi (9) and 5pi (2) used, some inverted ovpts etc (SG (2008) £12,000+), then 1894 ovpt vals to 2pi (12) and 5pi (2), also 5pi surches in black and in red plus p.dues. Very seldom offered thus, with the IMPRIME overprint issues alone having a cat of £16,000++, highly recommended and a very conservative start price. Mixed quality.
