Latvia. Collection ★★/★/⊙ 1918–39 on KABE leaves. Well-filled with the first 10 pages only missing #1 (cheap stamp), then several of the better commemoratives, when in stamp mounts they are apparently xx, otherwise x or used. The AFRICA overprint set is xx but unsigned. The s/s is not in the collection. Fine quality.
