QV stamp (plate 15, issued in 1879) postmarked on arrival by clear THORSHAVN 4.10 cds with another strike on the side, endorsed "per Phoenix" and "1879", addressed to J Mortensen's widow (Johan Mortensen had died on 12 July 1879).
