Some of the Departments inc Irish land Commission, Land Registry, Department of Defence, National University of Ireland including Trinity, royal engineers on OHMS for Queen Victoria, early Provisionals 1922s, Supreme Courts of Justice with very fancy strikes in mauve and blue, Public Works and much, much more. Postal stationery collection, mint and used inc registered from the 1920s from places such as Birr, Kilkee, Drumnacool through to the early 1940s such as Leckaun, Cross (County Clare), etc. There are 5d, 5 1/2d and 9d denominations, as well as provisional o/p 1923 penny Free State bookpost through to newspaper wrappers with denominations such as 1 1/2d, 2d, 3d, 4d, 8d in uniformly excellent condition. A wonderful lot for the specialist with some of the items here costing the vendor £20++ individually at the time, many years ago, about 50 items, all in all. Show less
