An excellent study of the Empire issue 1876-1890 Crescent type, with parallel collections both mint and used in two albums, beautifully presented, including both the postage and p.dues, having vals from the 5pa to 5pi in various colours and with a useful range of shades, some on thin paper, with different perforations noted, a few pairs, much interest in the wide range of postmarks with cancels in black and in blue, both Arabic and bilingual cancels which would prove fascinating to study for the various "used in Holyland" locations, negative seal types, boxed cancels, lozenge types and many different cds's, perfect to expand on and to find some hidden gems. There are over 750 stamps with a good 2/3rds being used, the condition of which is generally very good. Mixed quality.
