France. Collection mostly used 1848–1946 in homemade album. Almost complete in main numbers with only a few exeptions including a long range of better material. This is a good study of shades, perforations and pair combinations and several better covers including the Chamber of comerce issue 1914. A small example of what you can find here, sometime with duplication: Mi 1–5, 7, 10–17, 18–23, 32, 37–39, 42, 44, 57 I, 60 II, 76, 127, 128–135 with cert, 220–221, 229, 321, 327 and s/s 3.
