It is obviously printed in sheets, cut out, used for a public fiscal matter and attached to a document. The research about this "stamp" has not yet clarified if it is a revenue stamp or just a "receipt". If this is to be considered as a revenue stamp, it is the oldest revenue stamp of Sweden.
