Eritrea. ★★/★/⊙. Detailed collection with few missing stamps including several very scarce, with one certificate (Pacel 10 c 1916 *) and one cover 1893. Some problems with heavy toning but otherwise mostly very fine quality. Please see a selection of scans at www.philea.se.
