China, Empire. Lot used 1878–1894 on leaves. China and formosa/Taiwan. The stamps were purchased in China in the beginning of the 1920s according to the vendor, most likely special issues aimed for tourists. Thus no guarantee for authenticity. Unfortunately the stamps are glued to the album leaves, hopefully with water-soluble glue. Mostly fine quality. (15)
