An extraordinary collection specific for purpose of UPU delegates, ranging from the first issue of 1924 for the Stockholm Congress through to Cairo and many obvious good sets, especially St Patricks, Parnell, Hamilton, Hyde, O'Cleary, the 'Sword of Light' definitive to 1/- often in quantities of the most desirable sets etc. It will be a long time before such a collection is offered on the market again, intact as received, housed in a box through to the modern era, including 'work in progress' with several dozen examples, but the first book without a doubt the best.
