ALL WORLD. ✉. A very interesting and diverse range, of many hundreds of items, perhaps more, all housed in a box we are handling from a large estate. We picked out all of the covers and there are many good covers here to research. Much is loose, some written up on album pages, some in correspondence format, pre-philatelic with some very clear strikes and huge potential. Best is probably the Great Britain including Queen Victoria caricature with stamp as part of design, etc. However it is all world and includes plenty of British Commonwealth, 19th century classics incl. a fabulous Lombardy-Venetia cover 30 + 15 cts, tied by the same cds with the 30 cts clearly a broken frame, which we have not seen before and much more, enjoy a good lot.
