Rare letter and very decorative content from the French Ministry of War to Liège (under French occupation) about e.g accomodation of French prisoners of war. Signed JB. Bernadotte and dated in Paris (France) 14 Fructidor (year) 7 (= 4 September 1799) according to the French republican calendar which was only used for about twelve years. Good quality!
