Sweden. Courier mail. Beautiful written courier letter to Chancellor of the Swedish Crown (=Axel Oxenstierna) with a nice little red seal on back. Notation on back "Presented May 25/ Feb 4 1634". Oxenstierna was leader of the Government during the minority of Queen Kristina 1632–1644 which 1636 set up the Swedish Mail. Very good quality!
