The main love of this collector was France housed over 2 albums with occasional pleasant parallel sets, especially good ones from 1940s/50s, as well as the imperf issues onwards through Ceres, peace and commerce issues, all categorized with their different shades through to early 20th century Mersons etc, leading on 100s of sets in the 20th century, as well as German Occupations Alsace and Lorraine through CFA, back of the book etc. The French Colonies are also strong from Algeria onwards including countries under French influence such as Syria, etc, other countries inc extensive Spain from the 19th century imperfs onwards, similarly with Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg inc good sets of the 1930s, Monaco in an album of its own with much useful, Norway from 19th century posthorns, Germany inc States, through to post WW2,etc, etc. So much more here than described and must be viewed carefully page for page to appreciate what is here, discoveries high likely.
